Pebble was watching a movie with her owner, but her owner says she suddenly went into crazy mode. She started laughing wildly and head-banging without a care. According to her owner, Pebble is a rescue bird and has been through almost 10 homes in the 20 years of her life. Some people commented that Pebble was on drugs or having a seizure, but he clarifies that that is not true. He says that Pebble just loves to be wild and crazy sometimes!
