If you thought toddlers were the only ones who had tantrums, you obviously haven’t seen this sassy cockatoo in action. In the viral YouTube video, watched more than 2.5 million times, Bella the white cockatoo hashes it out with the videomaker’s mother, who tells her, “I don’t wanna hear it!”
In the hilarious clip, Bella starts squawking and shaking her head — her big, beautiful head feathers proudly standing straight up. The bird is obviously talking back to the woman, although what this feisty little lady has to say isn’t all that clear.
“At one point, it sounds like she is mimicking the woman, saying, “I don’t wanna hear it,” but she goes on to say something that sounds like, “Nah nah nah nah” as the woman tells her, “You think you’re always right!”
How the pair got into their little tiff isn’t revealed, but the hilarity that ensues isn’t all that different from what you might hear in a house with toddlers — or teenagers for the matter.
