One day in mid-June, New Jersey resident Brittney Benincasa returned home to see an animal basically swimming laps in her backyard pool. She was pretty surprised at first, but her excitement faded after she told herself it was just a dog.

But when she looked closer, Brittney realized it wasn’t a dog after all — so she grabbed her camera.

Now, the video she shot is melting the hearts of animal lovers all over the world.
