Cats are always making us laugh!
Mailmen have also showed up in our stories! There was the Australian mailman who wrote personalized notes to mail-loving dogs, and there was the mailman in New Zealand of a mailman becoming unlikely best friends with a German Shepherd. But what happens when you put cats and mail deliverers together? Well, in the video below, we finally find out!
In the video, a mailman gets out of his car and approaches a front door mail slot. “Kitty cat ready to do battle,” he notes.
As he goes to put the mail in the door’s drop, the cat leaps from his perch and quickly gets into position! But before the mailman can put the letters all the way through the slot, the “guard cat” attacks!
His several attempts to put the mail through remain unsucessful as he tries to avoid the flailing claws.
‘How am I gonnna get this in here?” wonders the mailman through laughter as the tries to shove mail into the slot. “Here, take it with you!” he cries.
But the mailman is a good sport about the rambunctious cat. “Boy, he’s getting tougher,” he jokes!
