18 years ago, 23 year old grad student Linda Koebner put all her energy to rescue and rehabilitate a group of lab chimpanzees. For all their lives, these chimps had only known to walk and sleep in cemented floors and inside the four walls.

But for the first time in their life, they were free to walk around anywhere and live under the roof of clear sky. They were terrified when their cages were opened and there were even doubts about their survival in the nature. However, Linda didn’t give up. She spent day and night feeding and taking care of these chimps.

Now, 18 years later, Linda is meeting these chimps again. It has been so long and some of the chimps she rescued have even died. But will the remaining chimps remember her? Chimpanzees are one of the most intelligent animals on earth and they have really great memory power. But wait till you see how they react when they see their rescuer and friend.
