Nathan is a rescue cat that was found with her mother and siblings by the RSPCA and shortly after, adopted by Melissa Pietrobuono and her husband Rian. The kitty couldn’t have found a better family to take care of her, and she is very well aware of that because she adores her human parents.
This cat, however, is quite an unlikely one: she’s not as cold as many cats can be, in fact, she’s sort of obsessed with her humans and follows them everywhere. That’s why she was trained to walk on a leash so she could experience the outdoors with her parents. One day, Nathan was taken to the beach and when she saw her human dad go into the water, she followed him.
“Initially she just wet her legs and body, would jump over a few little waves, and then we went deeper and deeper into the water and she would still follow, and now she swims,” Melissa shared. Since that time, they go to the beach whenever they can and Nathan loves it but most of all, she loves doing whatever her parents do and we’re in awe at how cute she is!
