Mike Wildeman from Whidbey Island is pleading with the public to help him find his 13-year-old medical support dog named Tank. The tank is a black Labrador Retriever who cannot bark due to a larynx surgery. He went missing from his home in Greenbank 5 weeks ago. Mike believes someone found Tank wandering and took him away in a vehicle.

Mike and his family are desperate to get their beloved boy back. They have launched an intense search operation which includes distributing flyers and tracking Tank’s various sightings via social media. Mike has spent thousands of dollars on psychics and dog trackers, but nothing has been fruitful so far.
The tank has saved Mike’s life countless times by alerting him about his dangerous blood sugar fluctuations. However, with age, Tank has developed mobility issues which require him to be on medications every day. The tank is off his meds for weeks now and Mike feels terrible that he isn’t able to help his life-saviour and friend in this crucial time.

The tank has a grey muzzle, a grey toe, and a fatty tumour inside his left shoulder. Let’s spread the word and help Tank get back home before he gets any sicker.
